And the Winners Are…

On Thursday, October 28th two Mosser team members, Mario Nunez, maintenance technician, and Byron Ixcal, assistant property manager, were honored with awards of excellence at the 2021 San Francisco Apartment Association’s (SFAA)Trophy Awards Show. It is the industry’s premier gala awards event that honors the firms, employees and properties that lead San Francisco’s Rental Housing Community. A large group of Mosser employees attended the event and paid homage to their six colleagues who were nominees.

Both Mario and Byron have demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment for delivering above-and-beyond resident service. They are the go-to people that residents, vendors, and others in the company know they trust, and can turn to when they need service.

Five Mosser Nominees Demonstrate They Are on to Something Great

Five other Mosser nominees for the award program included Quick Turn Manager Juan Hernandez, Maintenance Manager Jesus Bujaico, Leasing Agent Bless McCrary, Property Manager Maria Villegas and Customer Service provider Jerry Trujillo. While they didn’t win this year, their nominations show they are each stars in their own right and are such a positive and talented group, making great things happen for residents every single day. We thank this entire team for their outstanding work.

And finally, Mosser was also nominated as Property Manager of the Year. We took home the big trophy at the last awards in 2019. While it went to another operator this year, we are incredibly proud of all the great work on resident support, rent relief, and keeping things sane during the pandemic. There’s no doubt this collective team deserves that honor every year.
